This can be experienced from all devices in the web browser and offers an informative and entertaining overview of all important data, facts and myths of the cave complex.<\/p>\n

An informative and interactive tour of the cave complexes is also easily possible with a smartphone. This augmented reality experience is available free of charge for iOS and Android in the app stores. Also as teaching material, the cave experience offers a lot of informative data on flora, fauna and the spirit of exploration of the explorers of the Blautopfcave.<\/p>\n

With the Oculus Go, however, the beauty and diversity of the Blue Cave can be experienced even more impressively, as few people have ever entered this place.<\/p>\n

If that's not enough for you, you can become an explorer yourself with the mystery adventure game version for the HTC Vive and explore the depths of the Blautopf on your own and maybe even meet the mystical water creature Lau...<\/p>\n

Guided by the expedition leader Karl, you dive down into the still almost unfathomable depths of the Blautopf. Your mission is to bring important samples from the cave to the surface!<\/p>\n

However, you have to be careful - exploring caves has its pitfalls and holds many dangers. So always be on your guard and be ready for anything! Because supposedly the blue cave is inhabited by a mystical being, the beautiful Lau.<\/p>\n

About Blautopf VR<\/h2>\n

For about 30 years, the Blauh\u00f6hle in southern Germany has been explored by special speleologists. Since normal people can hardly enter the cave system, SWR in cooperation with Tellux next GmbH, kohelet 3 unt it media sent a special camera team inside. There, videogrammetry was used to collect the data for a replica in 3D to make the virtual reality experience BlautopfVR as close to reality as possible. QM Game Consulting took over the function of the project manager interactive, as well as advisory activities.<\/p>\n
