Am 26. Oktober 2018 wurde dem Erzbistum K\u00f6ln im Rahmen der Preisverleihung des Red Dot Awards in Berlin die Urkunde f\u00fcr den Gewinn des Communication Design Preises verliehen.<\/p>\n
Grund daf\u00fcr war die Werbekampagne f\u00fcr die App „Make Happy“. Die App motiviert ihre Nutzer zu guten Taten in pers\u00f6nlichen, sozialen oder Umweltbereichen. Jede best\u00e4tigte gute Tat bringt dem Nutzer Punkte („Happy Points“), die dann in Form einer Spende durch das Erz Bistum K\u00f6ln an Wohlt\u00e4tige Projekte gehen.<\/p>\n
Die Kampagne selbst nahm dieses Punktesystem als Werbemittel und lie\u00df s\u00e4mtliche Punkte, also Satzzeichen, i-Punkte etc. von der Titelseite des K\u00f6lner Wochenspiegels (Ausgabe 37 im Jahr 2017) entfernen. Die Irritation der Leser wurde dann auf der R\u00fcckseite aufgel\u00f6st: Die Make Happy Werbung Vollformat mit der \u00dcberschrift „Moment mal – Wo sind denn die ganzen Punkte auf dem Titel hin?“. Die Punkte dienten hier als doppeldeutiges Mittel um die Leser auf die App und das Punktesystem aufmerksam zu machen.<\/p>\n
Durch hohe gestalterische Qualit\u00e4t und kreative Leistung konnte sich das Projektteam der Print-Kampagne gegen\u00fcber mehr als 8.600 internationalen Kommunikationsdesign Einreichungen behaupten.<\/p>\n
